By default, AgileDNA Gear only offers replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided.
AgileDNA Gear only offers replacements for lost orders or faulty products.
Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production it cannot be cancelled. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, AgileDNA Gear is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact AgileDNA Gear directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.
If you have received a different item than you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Contact us and we will get it sorted out for you.
